Where I've been (and what's next)

ADHD COACH

Hi Reader,

It’s been a minute.

The last few months have been full. Here's what I've been up to.

Substack

I’d love to see you on Substack.

There, you'll find long-form articles, bite-sized notes, and every episode of PRIMED for ADHD (still available wherever you stream).

I’ve been writing about ADHD in leadership.

I also made major updates to The ADHD User Manual: Understand people with ADHD, first published on my website two years ago.

Start with The ADHD Friendship User Manual and read through to Sex and Intimacy. The staged sex toy on my pillow didn't make the final article.

Consent is always important, and I can’t move you to Substack without it. You’ll need to subscribe yourself.

Subscribe free. If you enjoy what you read, you'll have the option to upgrade later for premium guides and a complimentary coaching session.

New coach training

Last month I was accepted into a new International Coaching Federation-accredited coach training program after receiving a 50% scholarship based on a successful application and interview.

It couldn't be more different from my first experience.

The teaching is engaging, and the philosophy aligns with how I coach, work, and live. I already feel more prepared after just a few weeks. This leads me to the next piece of news...

Get ahead for fall with summer coaching

Head into fall with real momentum—summer coaching spots now open.

You have your manicurist, your chiropractor and your colorist. How about an ADHD or life coach?

Stop Making It Harder

One focused session.

Pinpoint where you're working against yourself, and define one concrete adjustment you can make immediately.

Summer rate: $155 (normally $255)

While I generally work with middle-aged women with ADHD, these spots are open to everyone, whether they have ADHD or not. ADHD is a specialty of life coaching. All my coaching is customized to the person who wants to level up.

Why the special?

  • I want you to start strong this fall
  • Summer coaching helps fund the in-person portion of my advanced coach training in Sedona next spring.

Not the right time for you? Send this to the friend who needs it more.

Fall fills up quickly once September hits. If you've been thinking about coaching, now's a great time to reach out.

Until next time,

P.S. If none of the links above work for you, it's likely your VPN if you use one. Disconnect your VPN and try again.

Andrea Toole ADHD EDUCATOR/COACH Hi Reader, First time doing this, so bear with me. Today (Friday) at 12:45 pm Eastern, I'm hosting a Substack Live — about 20 minutes, no script, open floor. I'll be talking through the questions I hear most: Is it ADHD? Is it perimenopause? Why is my medication suddenly different? Why did my systems stop working? Bring whatever's been sitting in the back of your mind. Especially the questions you can't seem to get a straight answer to. Join the Live → See you...

Andrea Toole ADHD COACH Hi Reader, I'm taking on clients for my Stop Making It Harder session. Here's what it is: one focused 60-minute session where we identify the one pattern that's making your life harder than it needs to be — and define one concrete shift you can make immediately. No ongoing commitment, no homework stack, no waiting months to feel different. It's $555 USD, and you book directly through my calendar. If you're a professional woman in midlife who's been running on fumes,...

Andrea Toole ADHD COACH Hi Reader, I don't know where you live, but it feels like we went from a very long winter to a very short spring and then straight into summer. I started running again last week, not because I was ready, but because my ego saw some finish-line photos and thought, "If they can do that, so can I." What, like it's hard? Reese Witherspoon GIF It became an article about something I see often: high-functioning people with ADHD running on systems that no longer fit their...
